A Quiet Companion
30 Minutes of Calming Piano
Parenthood is full of noise. Sometimes what you need most is space—to breathe, to feel, to just be.
This 30-minute piano journey was created for the quiet moments in between:
the midnight rocking, the postpartum stillness, the grief, the hope, the letting go, the holding on.
Let it meet you wherever you are—with music that soothes your nervous system and honors your heart.
Ideal for:
Sleep and nighttime routines
Emotional healing and reflection
Postpartum rest or NICU quiet
Journaling, breathwork, or moments alone
Calm & Grounding
In the Quiet
Listen to this when you need a moment in the quiet.
If you're in the thick of parenthood—the late nights when the house is quiet but your mind is racing, the early mornings when your body is tired and your heart feels heavy—this piece might be what you need.
Let the music sit beside you. No pressure. No fixing. Just calm, steady company for whatever you're feeling.
At Rest
Listen to this when you need permission to pause.
If your body is tired, your mind has been racing, or your heart’s been carrying more than it lets on—this piece is here for you. Especially if you're in the thick of parenting or caretaking, and rest feels far away.
Let it be a soft reminder: you don’t have to hold it all right now.
No pressure. No fixing. Just rest.
Stillness in the Stars
This piece is for when everything feels a little too loud—or a little too much. Maybe it’s the end of a long day. Maybe your thoughts won’t stop. Maybe you just need a second to be still.
Stillness in the Stars offers a quiet pause. Nothing to fix. Nothing to figure out. Just a few minutes to breathe, feel grounded, and remember you’re not alone in this.
Whether you're up with a baby, sitting in the dark, or just trying to reset—this one’s for you.
Today Matters
If you’re moving through one of those days that feels small, slow, or heavy—this piece is here to remind you that just being here matters. Especially in parenthood, when so much of what you do goes unseen.
Your presence is enough. Your quiet persistence is enough.
Let this music honor the now—and the grace it takes to keep going.
Grief, Love, and Remembrance
Always With You
This piece is for the moments you’re missing someone—whether it’s your baby, a child you never got to hold, or someone you carry in your heart every day.
Always With You is here for pregnancy, postpartum, grief, or anytime you just need to feel close to someone you love.
Let the music be a soft reminder: the bond you feel is real, and it doesn’t disappear. They’re still with you—in ways that matter.
I’ll See You Again
If you’ve loved and lost—whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, or another kind of goodbye—this piece may offer a quiet place to land. It holds space for grief, remembrance, and the love that stays with you, even when someone is no longer here.
Let the music sit with you in the ache. You’re not alone—and this isn’t the end.
All Stages of Parenthood
Between the Tides
If you're feeling stretched, uncertain, or just holding it together—this piece can be a steady rhythm beneath it all. Whether you're navigating parenthood, healing, waiting, or growing through something hard, you're not alone in the in-between.
Let the music meet you there—calm, open, and steady.
Pulled to Purpose
This piece is for anyone moving through a season of change—where you’re not who you were, and not yet who you’re becoming. It’s for the moments that feel both overwhelming and meaningful at once.
If you’re in the thick of parenting…
If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or just learning how to breathe in a new rhythm…
If something inside you is shifting—
Let Pulled to Purpose be your quiet reminder that even in the mess and mystery, you are being shaped by something real and beautiful.
Resilience & Growth
Another Chance
This piece is for the moments when the day didn’t go how you hoped. When you lost your patience, felt overstretched, or just needed a break you didn’t get.
Another Chance offers a quiet exhale—a gentle place to return to yourself before trying again.
Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or parenting through the chaos… this music reminds you that it’s never too late to pause, breathe, and begin again—with grace, not shame.
You’re doing more than you know. And you’re allowed another chance.
Piano music from a dad who’s been there — Jordan Black
This all started when Carly found out she was pregnant with Mia Michelle.
She looked at me and said,
“I think you need to start writing music again.”
That’s when I sat back down at the piano.
At first, it was just for the baby. Then it became something more.
Eventually, Carly said, “Let’s create a space for other parents too.”
This is that space.
If you’re in pregnancy, postpartum, grieving, or just in the thick of it—these songs are for you.
To slow down. To feel. To breathe.
You’re not alone here.
