Born from our story, created to help you through yours.
The Mia Michelle Project was created for mothers who feel it all — the joy, the weight, and the messy parts of real motherhood.
My own journey began years ago, when my sister Danielle started recording messages to help me slow down, breathe, and come back into my body. Those simple recordings became the foundation that carried me through marriage, motherhood, NICU days, and even the heartbreak of losing my baby girl, Mia. They gave me strength I didn’t know I had — and the grounding to add other resources, practices, and healing into my life.
Now I want to share that foundation with you. Here you’ll find calming piano music, Danielle’s recordings, and simple resources for both you and your children. And because love should ripple outward, a portion of everything here goes back to support mothers through organizations like YANA.
This is my offering to every mother who feels it all.
The Mia Michelle Project was born from the love of a little girl we never got to hold — and the hope that her memory can help others in moments when they need the most love and support. We lost her just as we entered our second trimester, and everything that followed changed us forever.
We offer free audio recordings and original piano music for parents navigating pregnancy — from anxious thoughts to postpartum healing, miscarriage, early delivery, and beyond.
The Mia Michelle Project was created to bring comfort and connection to parents walking through some of the hardest parts of the parenting journey — pregnancy, childbirth, NICU stays, those early months at home, and many more situations. Through free recordings of voice and original piano music, we offer something simple: a moment to breathe, to feel less alone, and to be reminded that love is still here. These recordings were born from our own family’s story, and we share them in hopes they’ll help others through theirs.
